A few things worth knowing.

The questions homeowners ask most often about where we go and how fast we get there.

My town isn't on the list. Can you still come?

Call us anyway. Some nearby towns are still reachable depending on scheduling and technician availability. Charlotte dispatch is (980) 385-7599.

Where do the trucks actually come from?

The Charlotte dispatch base is at 317 Wilshire Ave SW Suite 10, Concord, NC 28025. It is operations and dispatch only — our trucks come to your home for service calls.

How fast can you get out?

Most days, same-day or next-day service is available, schedule permitting. In a peak July heat wave we sometimes run a day or two behind, but Tru Comfort members get priority scheduling and front-of-line slots. After-hours calls are answered by our team in real time, not a voicemail.

Does the price change depending on my town?

No. Same diagnostic discipline, same $72 diagnostic and the same flat-rate pricing in writing, in every city on this list.
