On a repair call, refrigerant pressures, static pressure and electrical draw are read before anything is priced. On a replacement, a Manual J load calculation is run against your actual home.
You get the price in writing
Flat-rate, before any work begins. The $72 diagnostic credits toward the repair. If your system has years left in it, we'll say so.

Same week when available, and same-day or next-day most days, schedule permitting. In a peak July heat wave we sometimes run a day or two behind, but Tru Comfort members get priority scheduling and front-of-line slots.
Does an estimate cost anything?
No. Installs and replacements get a free in-home consultation with a Manual J load calculation and a written quote. The $72 diagnostic applies to repair calls only.
