Our story
T. Byrd’s Heating & Cooling was founded in Charlotte by Travis Byrd, and it is still owned by a family — one whose work in heating, cooling and refrigeration goes back to 1972. That is the company the Charlotte metro calls when the system quits, and it has not changed hands.
What changed is the name on the truck. T. Byrd’s is now Tru72 Heating & Cooling: a tribute to 1972, the year it all began, and a promise to stay true to the values that built it. Same family, same phone number, same crew.
